What fitness level is Allegations Program for?
Allegations is perfect for all fitness levels and especially beginner friendly. Start with foundation building bodyweight exercises that prioritize you feeling and becoming stronger and more balanced then go up in intensity and weight by 2.5-5% to keep you safley progressing preventing possible injury and overtraining.

What should I eat on the program?
Bbl Body Fit is built on integrity, therefore we do not suggest fad dieting or following supplement trends. To get the best possible results make sure to hit your protein goal daily and eat well balanced meals with the healthy amounts of fats, antioxidants, and carbs to fuel the process. 

How long before I see results ?
Between 3-5 months depending on lifestyle factors that influence your recovery after sessions.
